Where is SOAK available?

SOAK is available nationwide across Malaysia.

What’s the process to sign up and get started?

To create an account, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old.

Be eligible to work in Malaysia.

Have access to a vehicle for picking up and delivering orders.

Additionally, you will need to:

Upload a photo of your driver’s license and Identification Card (IC).

Consent to a background check.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll have access to our best-practice training videos and can start earning immediately!

What are my hours and work area?

That’s entirely up to you! As a contractor on SOAK, you have the flexibility to choose whether or not to accept orders. You can also set your preferred radius for receiving order notifications, allowing you to work when and where it suits you best.

What materials do you need?

To get started, you'll need the following:

A smartphone – for communication and managing orders.

Access to a washing machine – to clean the laundry.

A mode of transportation – for picking up and delivering the laundry.

Additionally, you’ll need a few household items you might already have:

Laundry detergent (Recommended by SOAK) – for washing the clothes.

Disposable bags – to pack and deliver folded laundry.

Labels – for identifying and organizing the delivery bags.

A simple bathroom scale – to weigh the finished laundry for accurate pricing or tracking.

How much can I earn?

Your income is based on how many orders you accept and their size! Pay is determined by the weight of the finished laundry. Each order guarantees a minimum of RM13.50 (plus customer tips), so you’ll always earn something worthwhile.
